About the Speakers

Jennifer Puno

A creator, digital designer, and entrepreneur at heart, Jennifer Puno is the Co-Founder of (Instagram @madewithmap)—an online platform that celebrates people and their journeys. Map allows you to save and view beautiful photos and stories of places from anywhere on the globe, to inspire real world adventuring. You can find and share incredible locations through its like-minded community of passionate explorers.

She also co-formed ilovecreatives, a digital classifieds website connecting talented individuals in the creative community. You can find her in Iceland making Star Trek gifs, out and about collaborating with other creatives, or in DTLA on the hunt for the city’s best food.

Eva Goicochea
Tinker Watches and Maude

Eva Goicochea is a digital content creator, web designer and brand strategist based in Los Angeles. She has worked on the agency side for clients including The Natural Resources Defense Council, ADIDAS Y-3 and SLVR and on the marketing teams at Josie Maran Cosmetics and Siren Studios. Most recently, she ran social media, culture and talent at Everlane. As a content creator, strategist and web designer she’s worked with Scoutmob, Virgin Atlantic, Vrai & Oro, Herschel Supply Co., Shinola, Simone LeBlanc, This is Ground, The Common Knowledge, Lo & Sons, Modernism Week, Prospector Co, Daniel Wellington, and Lou & Grey among others. She’s the co-founder of Tinker Watches and Maude.

Chelsea Matthews is the CEO & Founder of Matte Black, a culture-marketing firm based in Los Angeles. Chelsea has been in social media marketing for over five years, and has spoke at such conferences as Internet Week, Social Media Week and Swim Lessons. Some of her clients in include Corepower Yoga, L’Agence, VW, TOMS, Juice Served Here, Operation Smile, Goldfaden MD, Native Union & many more.

Ebenezer Bond is the Founder and CEO of Invisible North. A leader in experiential marketing and cultural movement building, He works intimately with the world’s leading brands, agencies and artists to create and run some of the largest and most exciting and innovative experiential marketing campaigns and events. Building on a decade of work around the world, in 2012, Ebenezer launched Invisible North, a high-powered experiential marketing consultancy and production house with a focus on strategy and design.

Ebenezer’s current and past clients include: GE, BuzzFeed, Ralph Lauren, Ace Hotel, Target, Adidas, Nike, Samsung, Microsoft, Rock the Vote, Converse, Opening Ceremony, Red Bull. In 2003, Ebenezer founded, Ebenezer Bond and Co ( now called Invisible North ) one of the first boutique firms to specialize in experiential marketing.

Ebenezer has lived and worked in the US and Brazil. He began his career with MTV where at 22, he helped launch the award winning TRUE LIFE documentary series.

Ebenezer Bond is also the founder of music and tech nonprofit, World Up ( now Building Beats ). World Up uses music as a catalyst to teach inner-city high school students tech skills, cross cultural understanding, entrepreneurship and leadership skills. Their mission is two fold to create more opportunity in tech for minorities and young women and use music to change lives.

Garret Awad
Brand & Creative Strategist

Stumbling into a tiny apartment back in 2006 Garett became one of the founding employees of TOMS. Over his 8 years with the company, he grew to oversee all marketing in the US for their retail division of 2500+ accounts.  Over the last two years as Brand Director, Garett helped to build accessories brand REVISIT, and most recently left to seek out his next opportunity. Garett is a brand & creative strategist, an entrepreneur, and storyteller.
