EastsideRadio.org went LIVE on Thursday, April 16th, 2020 as a place for the creative community of Los Angeles to collaborate during lockdown. Since our launch, we’ve grown to twenty-five original shows and counting. ESR continues as a hub for music, talk, activism, art, and experimental sound streaming 24/7 from the eastside of Los Angeles.

ESR is looking for a producer/assistant to work directly with the founder to help bring order to the workflow. This role is key to creating workflows that help the station grow and streamline the process between platforms and from conception to delivery. You’ll need to know your way around these productivity and social media platforms including Squarespace, Zapier, Typeform, Trello, Boomerang, etc. You’ll also need to be a good researcher, helping dig deeper into topics for broadcast and take notes during high profile interviews.

This position is project-based but you can expect around 6 hours of work per week. The goal is for the position to transition into a full-time gig in early 2021.
