The Job:
This job is about developing and executing a broad strategy, mapping out the full customer journey, to bring more people to the front of the funnel by increasing awareness and interest outside of what we’ve already built. This is a role for someone who can blend a crazy idea with a pragmatic pitch. Someone who can identify talent and call out bullshit. Someone who knows how to steer clear of high effort low reward “opportunities”. You see things other people miss, and you know how to put leverage to good use. You will focus on the big picture strategy, but also on the practical day-to-day work. Collaborating with the sales team. Reaching out to other brands we should be partnering with. This is an impact position. The business over time should look better with you onboard. A clear case of before and after. You’ll help our brands be seen, and get us noticed. This is a big responsibility and we are here to support you.
