The Job:

Cloth & Flame seeks a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Design Manager while supporting the company and our clients across a variety of design projects including but not limited to: event menus and collateral/signage, sales and marketing assets, emails and social media graphics.


Working Hours:
M-F 9-5 Mountain Standard (Arizona) Time

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an invested interest in design culture, always keeping up with what’s new, trending and important in the industry

  • Provide thoughtful design solutions after a thorough analysis of the project and the audience.

  • Create and/or edit assets such as printed collateral (event menus, event signage, and other collateral), digital assets (graphics, emails, and social posts), and sales and marketing materials (proposals, pitch decks, internal and external documents)

  • Edit and resize photos for various platforms

  • Take direction from the Design Manager, while adhering to Brand Guidelines and aesthetic values

  • Manage multiple projects and revisions while adhering to tight deadlines

  • Incorporate changes recommended by leadership and clients into final designs

  • Solicit regular feedback to ensure design strategy is aligned with company and client objectives

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other applicable design tools

  • Work effectively as a team player


Pluses if you have experience with:

  • Canva

  • Figma

  • WordPress

  • Motion Design (i.e. After Effects)

  • Photography/Video Editing

  • Asana, Basecamp or a similar project management platform


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Graphic Design

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

  • Portfolio of work


Pay Range:

$25-30/hr
