About the Role:

A Confidential company (via DEF) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Visual Project Supervisor to join a fast-paced, creative environment led by an award-winning musician, producer, and CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and production, bringing both artistic sensibility and operational excellence to every project.

You will play a key role in producing, managing, and overseeing the execution of visual content across various media, including music, film, television, merchandise, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of both in-house production workflows and external creative sourcing, with a passion for innovation in visual storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:

In-House Visual Production (Approx. 1/3 of the role):

  • Lead the production of narrative clips, music videos, social media content, cover art, merchandise designs, and other internal visual assets.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal creative team to maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all projects.

External Creative Sourcing (Approx. 1/3 of the role):

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage third-party creatives (e.g., designers, animators, directors) for a variety of projects, including album art, video content, and merchandise.

  • Ensure all external collaborators meet project expectations, budgets, and timelines.

Production Oversight & Delivery (Approx. 1/3 of the role):

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of visual projects—from pre-production through final delivery—ensuring quality control, timely execution, and alignment with creative objectives.

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure assets meet technical and branding standards for multiple platforms.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in visual content production, creative direction, or project management within the entertainment, media, or design industries.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Avid.

  • Familiarity with digital and physical production methods, including stop-motion, collage, and hands-on creative processes.

  • Working knowledge of professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon, ARRI).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Deep awareness of current visual trends, emerging media platforms, and audience engagement strategies.


Preferred Experience:

  • Background in music, film, television, or fashion industries.

  • Experience managing both creative and operational aspects of visual campaigns.

  • Portfolio showcasing a range of visual projects, including both original content and collaborations.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (Three days a week in person in LA, two remote, subject to change. Occasional nights/weekends.)
