Dieline is seeking a Junior Web Graphic Design Intern. This person is responsible for supporting the editorial team in the process of designing digital materials for internal company branding and external marketing. From blog graphics, to social media graphics. The junior design intern is expected to be a self-starter, motivated to work in a variety of web media while still maintaining the look and feel of our brand. Working with the lead designer and team to understand every aspect of our business. You will gain experience working with a media company, understand deadlines and be in a fun environment.


JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating necessary web graphics from scratch or within a prescribed style-guide.

  • Working on blog posts and web layout design.

  • Creating project timelines and meeting deadlines.

  • Digital file management and organization.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university but not necessary.

  • Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Adobe Premiere Pro a plus.

  • Basic Understanding of HTML

  • Understanding of web development a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Interest in the packaging design industry and graphic design industry.

  • Understanding of social media platforms

  • Understanding of latest online trends

  • Great Attitude

  • Self-Starter, can work independently.
