Seeks a Mid-Level/Senior Graphic Designer
Remote
Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level/Senior Graphic Designer at Fly By Jing, you will help shape and evolve the visual identity of our brand online and offline. Collaborating closely with our Brand and Marketing teams, you will help develop compelling designs for a wide array of everything creative—from packaging, retail and environmental signage, marketing emails, social media assets, website assets, digital ads, to impactful brand campaigns. This position is for a creative Individual Contributor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about food, culture, and design.
Who You Are:
You're genuinely obsessed with food, pausing in your tracks for a great meal and dazzling dinner party guests with epic travel stories about meals that changed your life. Your interests span a wide range, from ancient art history to the science of fermentation. You might not be a master chef, but your taste in restaurants is exquisite—or maybe you're a proud parent to a sourdough starter? You have a mental archive of interesting visual references, love a good meme, and may have even tried a TikTok viral recipe. While you know that good food makes life fun, you take your craft seriously.
You’re a designer who thinks on your feet, communicates effectively, and has a sharp eye for detail. With a positive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn, you manage your time effectively and stay organized. You engage in brainstorms, present work well, raise questions as needed, and aren’t afraid to suggest new solutions. A creative at heart, you naturally think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and understand how to solve for consumer needs and an evolving business in the real world.

Work alongside the Design Director and Marketing team to help define and maintain the visual brand identity and increase brand presence for consumers

Support the execution of photoshoots by contributing to concepts and art direction
