Our Creative Friend Machine is back for those who love to network but don’t love networking events.
What is a Creative Friend Machine?
Great question! It’s our 2.5-hour version of platonic speed-dating. We’ll ask you some questions and based on your answers, our Creative Friend Machine (aka us lolll) will match you with a group of cool, new pals.
To celebrate and close out AAPI Heritage Month, this Creative Friend Machine, we’ll pair you into groups of creatives — you’ll then have 45-minutes to play some traditional Chinese card games!
The Creative Friend Machine is beep-bopping-whirling and we’re ready for another night of bringing these online connections IRL, aw yeah.

Is this event free?
Tickets are $25 but include free goodies from our sponsors.
Also, a portion of the proceeds will also go towards Chinatown Service Center!
Parking? 🚘
The parking around Sesame LA has options such as pay-by-the-hour lots and street metered parking. Since we’re offering alcoholic beverages, we encourage attendees to ride-share & drink responsibly.
COVID-19 Precautions 👀
We want to make sure this event is safe and fun for everyone. The event will take place outside in an open-air environment. There will be a temperature check at the door, and we will have masks be required while getting up & about. We encourage all attendees to talk with their groups about what they’re comfortable with.

What if I need a refund?
Since this is a ticketed event with a limited number of spots, we unfortunately are unable to offer refunds.
