The Role:
Invisible Dynamics is looking for a talented mid-senior-level industrial packaging designer to lead the packaging evolution of one of Europe's most significant health & wellness brands.
Working within our in-house graphic design team, you will lead in creating and overseeing packaging across the whole business, from online to our stores.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the industrial design process including packaging material selection, 3D visualizations, sketching, and creating prototypes
Produce exceptional design solutions which are our best possible solution to the brief
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, especially graphic designers, to create eye-catching designs
Present designs to clients and stakeholders using sketches and design software
Closely work with production partners to realize designs and prepare for production
Redesign prototypes based on feedback from clients, engineers and consumers
Your experience:
Experienced industrial designer with a rich commercial portfolio of 3D packaging design with evidence of finished outcomes, conceptual thinking, and sketches
Knows the importance of materials, construction, mechanisms, color, surface, finish, and manufacturing process
Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Health, Beauty, and/or Personal Care
An emphasis on, and excellent attention to, visual detail
Outstanding track record of working with visualization and 3D modeling software
An understanding of, and respect for, recycled materials and championing sustainability
An organized and adaptable worker, managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment
