Role Overview:
Martie.com is on the hunt for a UX/Graphic Designer who lives and breathes digital culture. We need someone who can take emerging trends and transform them into visually compelling, scroll-stopping content that resonates with our growing CPG brand. If you thrive in an ever-evolving creative space and are passionate about delivering high-impact digital experiences, this is the role for you.
UX Product design requirements:
Be able to create and manage dev-ready component + style libraries in Figma
Strong understanding of ecommerce UI/UX principles on mobile and web
Be able to translate product requirements and concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and dev-ready components
Comfortable working with product/engineering to optimize designs for efficient execution and development
Ability to tailor design aesthetics and decisions to meet the needs of specific customer personas
Skills & Experience:
Expertise in creating and managing dev-ready component libraries and style systems in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across all design assets.
Deep understanding of ecommerce UI/UX principles, with proven experience designing intuitive, high-converting user interfaces on both mobile and web platforms.
Ability to translate complex product requirements and concepts into clear, actionable wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity design components that are development-ready.
Comfortable working alongside product and engineering teams, providing design insights and adjustments to optimize the development process and ensure design integrity throughout implementation.
Skilled in tailoring design aesthetics and functionality to align with the needs and behaviors of specific customer personas, driving improved user experience and business outcomes.
Bonus Points:
Experience with design systems and style guide creation to support long-term product scalability and consistency.
Ability to incorporate motion design to create more engaging and dynamic user interactions.
