As a Paid Search Specialist, you’ll lead the development and optimization of SEM campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role blends creativity, data analysis, and strategic communication to produce high-performing, memorable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns aligned with client goals.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to maximize performance

  • Utilize Google Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns for cross-channel optimization.

  • Monitor and adjust campaign elements for ROI and KPI achievement.

  • Manage large-scale budgets and ensure cost-effective ad placements

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Use analytics tools to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and data reporting for clear client insights.

  • Provide performance reports and actionable recommendations.


Process & Improvement

  • Refine SEM processes for efficiency and data accuracy

  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new strategies.

  • Share best practices and mentor team members.


Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years in digital marketing with 3+ years in SEM.

  • Experience with Google PMAX and cross-channel strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting.

  • Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEM platforms and trends.

Ideally, we'd love a team member near our Los Angeles, CA or Greenville, SC offices, but we are down with remote too!
