Seeks a Creative Marketing Associate

New York, NY / Remote, USA

Miki is a nimble digital marketing agency helping direct-to-consumer startups. We work hands-on with founders to refine their brand, drive conversion, and scale smartly. Our clients include UnHide, Tulip Shades, Palermo Body, Springer Pets, and more. Now, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Associate to join.

This is an entry-level, part-time role (24+ hours/week) with the potential to go full-time. You’ll wear many hats—copywriting, campaign ideation, web merchandising, analytics, and client coordination—while getting firsthand experience with high-growth startups.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write compelling copy for email marketing, website updates, and digital campaigns.

  • Assist in campaign development, from brainstorming ideas to execution.

  • Support client management, ensuring projects stay on track.

  • Work within Shopify to update product pages, optimize merchandising, and analyze site performance.

  • Report on campaign performance using analytics tools, helping identify insights and opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with our team and clients, working directly with founders and brand leaders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong writer with an eye for brand voice and storytelling.

  • Experience with Shopify (or a willingness to learn fast).

  • Comfort with analytics and reporting—being data-curious is a plus.

  • An adaptable, proactive mindset—you love problem-solving and learning on the fly.

  • Bonus points if you have prior agency experience or experience working with eCommerce brands.

Why Miki?

  • Work closely with founders and gain hands-on experience with real brands.

  • A small but mighty team where your ideas matter.

  • Room to grow—this role has the potential to become full-time.

  • Flexible work environment (remote, but we keep things collaborative).
