POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will be responsible for helping shape and evolve the visual language of Nickey Kehoe. You will be responsible for translating our unique vision into compelling narrative and product driven assets that will range across digital marketing, email campaigns, e-commerce assets, packaging, printed materials, signage, and creative collateral.
DUTIES INCLUDE
Craft elevated, engaging assets across e-commerce, digital marketing campaigns, web, email, and retail touchpoints - maintaining and elevating a sophisticated creative standard aligned with our brand identity
Cultivate a thorough understanding of the brand identity, voice, and market stance - safeguarding creative excellence across all touchpoints. Be a keeper of our brand guidelines.
Design and produce collateral and marketing materials as needed including presentation decks, mood boards, signage, packaging, brochures, and custom merchandise
Conceive and support packaging concept development by exploring layouts, design directions, and creative executions that meet selling and product team directives
Support the production of video content, motion graphics, animations, and social media assets
Audit content, refresh assets, and identify opportunities to improve the visual experience and brand storytelling across the website.
Serve as an inspiring, cross-functional partner who fosters creative excellence and elevates collective output
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently incorporate feedback and revisions, communicate progress clearly, and consistently meet deadlines.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, photographers, and agencies to ensure quality production output
Organize, archive, and structure active design files, templates, and completed assets
Establish and follow standardized production protocols, file structure guidelines, and file-naming standards
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, typography, bleeds, and specifications
Stay curious. Have an active awareness of evolving creative movements, digital best practices and emerging platforms/tools. Bring your perspective and relevant references to the team
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer journey at every touch point
Other duties as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES
7+ years of experience, preferably in consumer or lifestyle brand space (home, fashion, retail, beauty)
Design portfolio showcasing exceptional craftsmanship across brand identity, typography, print and digital layout, digital asset creation, and visual story direction
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with project management tools such as Asana
Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully collaborate cross-functionally
Other projects and tasks as assigned to meet the needs of the business

The base annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
