We're looking for a part-time social media manager to own our content pipeline across IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest. You'll work directly with the founders, managing a small roster of UGC creators end-to-end: briefing them, coordinating product shipping, reviewing deliverables and keeping everything on schedule.
The role is about 8-10 hrs/week and covers writing creative briefs, QC-ing content before it goes live, managing the posting calendar across platforms, and adapting captions per platform (same content, different energy). You'll also be our eyes on performance; flagging what's working and what's not.
You're probably a fit if you've managed social for a product brand before and are genuinely obsessed with the home and lifestyle space.
