Poketo is looking for a full-time E-Commerce & Merchandising Coordinator who will work in Downtown Los Angeles. 

Buying / Merchandising Responsibilities 

  • Follow up with vendors on shipping.
  • Pull weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales/inventory reports for e-commerce, wholesale, and retail stores.
  • Analyze information to determine any reorders/opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate with receiving team about incoming orders.
  • Work with Inventory Lead to ensure accurate inventory count and facilitate transfers.
  • Execute special projects as assigned by Buyer.

E-commerce Merchandising Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and update product on e-commerce platform.
  • Visually merchandise the e-commerce site based on campaigns/new arrivals. 
  • Obtain product for the photographer to shoot.
  • Provide brand and product information to copywriter.
  • Collect assets (photo and copy) in a timely manner for each product launch/campaign.
  • Set launch dates on each product launch/campaign.
  • Manage product and create collections, according to campaigns.
  • Communicate with Buyer to ensure merchandise is in stock.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience. 
  • Experience in both small business and corporate settings preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Understanding of retail math.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Proactive and a self-starter.
  • Must be able to learn new systems quickly.
