Project M Plus is a Silver Lake based collective of designers and architects, and we’re looking for a superbly organized, creative type to help with client services, project management and new business. Love of design and architecture, top-notch writing skills, and occasional office DJ are must-haves. Responsibilities: · Assist in the creative development process by coordinating activities of the designers, production, and the client; providing feedback for revisions as needed · Know our clients' business intimately and be an effective spokesperson for their business needs · Coordinate with the team on timelines, plans, creative briefs, status reports, and meeting recaps · Be instrumental in formulating creative strategies · Manage budgets and billing · Responsible for managing day-to-day needs of clients · Be an ambassador for our company, and assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed · Prepare/break down proposals/RFPs · Forecast and track key account metrics · Manage client services, responsibilities, and meetings · Manage new business, including Marketing and PR · Report to Creative Director Qualifications · 1-2 years of solid account management experience, preferably in an agency setting · Production experience with Print and Digital · Bachelor’s degree · LA native preferred · Excellent communication skills, team player · Confident, yet motivated to develop skills · Natural problem solver, with keen attention to detail · Solid under pressure · Detail-oriented and extremely organized
