Flexible move-in date (5/1 or 6/1)

Open to short-term with a minimum of 2-3 months (great if you’re traveling or just passing through) or longer term situations.

  • Detached duplex unit feels like its own home

  • 1 bedroom with its own private entrance. Large closet, you can fit up to a Cal King bed in here comfortably.

  • Rent: $1623/month

  • Parking spot is solely yours as I do not drive

  • Deposit: $1623

  • Energy-efficient appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer, A/C)

  • Hardwood Bamboo flooring

  • (1) sweet and social calico cat lives here, so its best if you don’t have pet allergies.

  • Front porch AND Private patio you'll share with the other roommmate (me).

  • As we are located off of a staircase on a small hill, this is not recommended if you have any issues with mobility.

  • Super unique, private entrance off a small flight of stairs on a tiny hill. Staircase is an amazing, free workout btw!

ABOUT ME

  • Well traveled Art Director / Creativity Coach / Herbalist / Astrocartographer

  • I am self-employed and have a co-working space I go to in East Hollywood 2-3x per week, so I definitely don't use the apartment as my day-to-day WFH office

  • I try to go out of town 1 week per month, so you can expect to have the apartment to yourself for a few days every month

  • We get a Flamingo Estate farm box (https://flamingoestate.com/products/the-regenerative-farm-box) delivered every week or so – maybe you’d like to share?


ABOUT YOU

  • You’re interested in low-impact, sustainable and/or regenerative living. We compost here and hope you will too!

  • All I ask is for open communication and you pay bills on time

  • Open to sharing the cost of a house cleaner a couple of times a month

  • WFH okay, just ask from time to time you have alternative spaces to work in so that the space can be shared equally between us.
