This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that social media is a dialogue platform, and not simply a bull-horn. Our digital platforms play a crucial part in messaging, building brand awareness and connecting with our user base on a daily basis in a genuine way.

We're looking for someone who epitomizes the Stillhouse brand ethos (hustle mentality, outgoing, live life to the fullest, ambitious, adventurous and REAL) a keen understanding on how to grow a strong social community, build a highly engaged audience unique for each platform. The ideal candidate relies on social analytics, has super creative ideas and is always on point when it comes to lifestyle trends.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

  • Integrate our brand pillars of The Whiskey, The Package, The Spirit, and Tastemakers into our social stories by identifying and creating social programs to support our key messages
  • Serve as community manager for social outlets; execute content calendar, write captions and posts, moderate daily posts, and engage with fans and followers in Stillhouse brand voice
  • Brand advocacy, community outreach and helping to build a brand ambassador network
  • Staying on top of the latest lifestyle trends and social media trends
  • Follow, like, comment, and engage with all social platforms appropriate for the brand throughout the day
  • Manage and present ROI results via Google Analytics and other designed benchmarks and metrics.
  • Understand the tone and ethos of the brand and maintain that tone with the right imagery and captions.
  • Mange all DM correspondence on social platforms
  • Monitor best practices on all social platforms
  • Create original content, repurpose existing global assets, and utilize UGC when needed to post to platforms
  • Constantly develop and push boundaries of social media as they develop and change, including adoption of Insta Stories, Facebook Live, and other technologies as they become available to encourage engagement and growth of accounts
  • Blogger outreach
  • Create and foster existing/new relationships with bloggers who embody the Stillhouse vibe and heart and spirit on Instagram to maximize brand exposure.
  • Keep organized Google Sheets document with all blogger outreach information
  • Organize gifting to bloggers (correspondence, gift wrap, hand written notes, shipping, and tracking)
  • Be passionate about internet marketing; research and showcase ongoing knowledge of the latest trends, tools and technologies.
  • Optimize product listings within given specific online channels
  • Prepare and execute e-commerce strategy. Track and grow sales.
  • Run various promotions and marketing activities to promote branded merch

ATTRIBUTES

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in Digital Marketing
  • Proven success in working in social media e.g., managing community outreach, building brand advocacy programs and driving engagement and growing following
  • Comprehensive understanding of all social platforms (especially Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and YouTube)
  • A demonstrated ability to craft headlines, social media posts and live coverage that people want to SHARE and engage with
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining online brand recognition outside of social media
  • Experience listing, managing and marketing products on E-Commerce
  • Reliable, punctual, organized, collaborative and a strong communicator
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Must be willing to work nights and/or weekends. Occasional travel.
  • Knowledgeable about SEO and social media
  • Familiarity with Wordpress
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign a plus
  • Video and post production knowledge a plus
  • Skill with event and creative photography a plus
