About Us
Therme Group is redefining the future of wellbeing with a mission to make it accessible and inclusive worldwide. With over two decades of expertise and a proprietary in-house ecosystem spanning more than 10 specialty divisions, Therme Group designs, builds, and operates world-class wellbeing destinations. Today, Therme facilities are thriving in Germany and Romania, with major developments underway across the US, UK, Canada, Dubai, and beyond.
Each Therme destination is a state-of-the-art urban oasis, seamlessly blending thermal bathing, spa treatments, wellness programming, and cultural experiences in an immersive, nature-integrated setting. From mineral-rich thermal pools and rejuvenating saunas to lush indoor gardens, swim-up bars, exhilarating waterslides, and diverse dining options, Therme is designed for everyone—whether you’re seeking relaxation, social connection, or family fun. About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Based in NYC and reporting to the US Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll be instrumental in keeping projects on track, ensuring seamless execution across marketing programs, and supporting both our US and Global initiatives.
This is an exciting time to join our team. We're preparing to launch our first major projects, and you'll be instrumental in building our brand presence. In this role, you have the opportunity to explore a variety of marketing disciplines, from strategic communications and social media engagement to community engagement and operational efficiency. One of our key initiatives is the Culture of Bathing, a vibrant platform we're developing across Substack, Instagram and our website, complete with engaging "bathe around" events.
We foster a dynamic and rewarding work environment with a strong emphasis on our unique culture. Expect team outings with a focus on bathing (naturally!), the arts (MoMA field trip), and architecture (private tour of Donald Judd’s studio on 101 Studio Spring Street).

Project Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Campaign Coordination: Manage timelines, assets, and approvals for integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, pr, and brand activations.

Event & Activation Support: Help plan and execute events, sponsorships, and partnerships, coordinating logistics and post-event reporting
Data & Reporting: Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Budget & Vendor Management: Support budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor coordination to keep projects within scope
Qualifications
1-2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and communication principles
Proven ability to manage projects, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly across written, verbal, and visual formats
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Suite, Box, and marketing tools such as Google Suite, Asana, and/or Monday.com
Experience and interest in AI and other burgeoning technology
Self-starter with a proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to take on diverse projects
