Tyler McGillivary is an independent womenswear label based in New York and known for our bold, bright designs and playful prints. We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join us on a contract basis. This role is for someone with an exceptional eye for aesthetic, an intuitive understanding of branding and world-building, and the ability to balance artistry and commerciality.

You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that elevate our brand storytelling, drive digital engagement, and power our marketing materials across multiple channels. This is a hybrid, hourly/retainer engagement with flexible scheduling, ideal for a self-directed designer who thrives on variety and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and refine visual identity elements for campaigns including color palettes and typography.

  • Design variations of graphics for paid ads, email marketing and socials.

  • Create digital assets such as homepage visuals and templates for email flows.

  • Design for ad-hoc projects across brand and design such as packaging, fliers, print materials.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

  • Strong portfolio including commercial work and demonstrating range across brand, digital, and print.

  • Clear communicator who can take feedback and iterate quickly.

  • Experience within fashion or DTC a plus.
