Guidance Groups consist of:

  • 4-6 in a group

  • One Trained Facilitator

  • Bi-Weekly 2.5 Hour Sessions

  • Groups designed to meet you where you're at in work and life

  • Proven Framework to help the group solve challenges together, brainstorm, get unstuck and hold each other accountable

This isn't your average peer to peer support group. This is a tailored group with a trained facilitator and proven framework designed to help you get unstuck, solve your challenges, be held accountable, connect with others and connect with your work on a deeper level.
