Track Club: Sourcing Music for Videos
Track Club: Sourcing Music for Videos
Find, mix, and license music for your next video
“Wait mix? Yes, you can literally remove stems (any vocals or instruments) from a song. 🤯”
Byline: Caitland Conley
What does Track Club Do?
Track Club is a catalog of rights-approved, creator-first music for your videos. They have no dreams of being the biggest music library in the world; instead, they focus on small drops that fit every kind of project’s genre, mood, or narrative arc.
Not only can you download and publish Track Club’s licensed music on all major platforms, you can also manipulate the song’s “stems.” Meaning — don’t want vocals? Remove it! Are the drums too loud? Lower ‘em.

Small businesses that make videos on social and paid ads
Agencies that need music for their clients that are with a project that needs licensed, ready-to-publish music
Why We Use Track Club
Track Club’s curated, small-batch approach to adding tracks to their library screams intentional and genuinely ✨ vibe-y ✨. This is a catalog created by people who genuinely love and appreciate music. They aren’t trying to be the biggest; they’re trying to be the best, and we respect that hustle.
Super Robust Search & Filtering Features
Searching specifically for female-fronted artists? Need frenetic audio to match big main character energy? Looking for a track using both a “glockenspiel and “oohs and ahhs”? Track Club pairs your project to the perfect audio, all the way down to the track’s length, mood and energy (BPM). Plus, you can also add multiple songs into a playlist to save songs for later projects.
🔥 Playlists
We just really, really like their playlists. Each playlist gives quick insight into their “taste” and how they curate the catalog. For example, what does “Vlog Chill Lofi” mean to Track Club? Well, their version is like a Spotify playlist full of SoundCloud gems — but totally licensed.
(P.S. Vibe out with us and give the ilovecreatives x Track Club playlist a spin!)
Manipulate the Stems of Tracks
Once you’ve got a great track in mind, head to the labbbbbb 👨🏻🔬… The MixLab, that is. There you can tinker with the individual recordings that make up the entire song (for example, adjust the volume of cymbals or turn vocals wayyyy down) before exporting your track to an NLE. Most songs already come with an instrumental version so you can fine-tune and tweak as much (or as little) as you want. Easy peasy!
Stress-Free Licensing
Music licensing has long been shrouded in mystery and tons of hoops to jump through, plus rules and regulations are often changing. Track Club features music that can be fairly licensed and published on all the major platforms, so you can create without the fear of your video getting taken down or muted.
Compensates Artists
Slashies™ know all too well how often artists and makers get the short end of the stick when it comes to being paid fairly for their work. Track Club pays royalties to artists on their roster based on downloads and streams. Lucky for everyone, royalties and extra fees to license Track Club music are all covered in the monthly subscription!
They also take diversity and equity seriously when it comes to paying artists and composers. From 2018 - 2021, for example, they increased the number of
top-earning artists from underrepresented groups by 148%.
Certified B Corp
Unlike other music libraries, Track Club is a certified B Corp. They publish an Annual Transparency Report and donate 10% of profits to community non-profits in the social justice, arts, equity and inclusion, and advocacy spheres. They poured over $122k back into the Portland community in 2021. We love creator-focused orgs that also put their money where their mouth is. 🤑
