While I'd been eyeing the Squarespace course for a while to up my game, I had signed up for the Video Editing Course and highly recommend it. I love that there's water breaks, super helpful short keys and funny gifs. If you're enjoying something while learning, it makes it that much easier to retain! Also, the payment plan was super helpful for me, and could benefit you too if you don't have funds right away. I also would recommend asking your job for an education reimbursement!
