Q What do you do?

I design interiors that prioritize comfort, authenticity, and a deep connection to nature.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

My career began in fashion production in New York City, working for rag & bone. There, I learned the importance of sourcing quality materials, and balancing aesthetics with functionality. When I moved to San Diego for a slower-paced life (and the amazing weather), I transitioned into project management, where I learned about managing projects, timelines, and budgets while staying hyper-organized and adaptable. But after years in corporate roles, I realized I was always more excited about spaces—I cared more about where the runway shows were held rather than the clothes themselves, and I was always looking for the perfect layout for my home office. That natural pull toward interiors made me realize where I was meant to be. While still working my corporate job to pay the bills, I spent a lot of time researching how to best set up my business. I took courses in 3D rendering and focused on building my processes before launching, which helped me work smarter, not harder, as I started my own design studio.

Q How do you stand out in your field?

My designs, spanning both residential and commercial spaces, focus on creating spaces that feel both intentional and inviting. By incorporating natural materials and mindful design choices, I craft spaces that foster a sense of ease and connection, reflecting the unique needs and authenticity of each and every client. It's so important for me to really connect with my clients so that I can help them create homes that truly support their lifestyle.

Q What are you working on right now?

I just wrapped up a breathwork and cold plunge studio in La Jolla, which was such a fun project to bring to life! Now, I’m working on a fresh ground-up new build and a café, both of which I’m very excited about!

Q What’s your style?

I love working with natural materials that age beautifully over time, and I’m inspired by the colors and textures found in nature—earthy tones, soft greens, and warm neutrals. For me, it’s about creating a sense of comfort and connection with spaces that invite you to slow down and feel like a warm hug after a long day.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

I’ve been really focused on blending health and interiors, and I really want to dedicate more time to exploring this. I'm finding more ways to incorporate materials that don’t contain micro-plastics and sticking to materials like 100% cotton, linen and wool and avoiding materials like polyester. I'm fascinated by the idea of aligning with our natural circadian rhythm and designing lighting that can be dimmed at night to help you unwind and transition into the evening. I’m excited by the idea of creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also contribute to better health and well-being. It’s an area I’m eager to dive deeper into as I continue to grow as a designer.

Q What is frustrating you right now?

Social Media — it can be such an awesome tool for discovering like-minded people and finding inspiration, but it can also be a major distraction and put you into the comparison trap.

Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?

Definitely Social Media (for all the above reasons haha)

Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?

That learning is an essential part of the journey, and no path is ever a straight one. There are ups and downs, detours, and unexpected lessons along the way, and that’s all part of your unique process!

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

I often struggle to find the time to focus on selling myself and growing my audience in an authentic way. I’d love to learn strategies for expanding and marketing myself without losing that personal connection that’s so important to me.

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I would love to take on some more residential projects! There is something so so special about partnering with people creating spaces to be lived in!

Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.

My ideal client is someone who values authenticity, sustainability, and a strong connection to nature. They understand the importance of creating a space that feels intentional and they’re open to working collaboratively to bring their vision to life.

Q: What is your rate?

My rates depend on the scope of the project, but I always offer a complimentary discovery call to chat about your needs, discuss rates, and determine which service is the best fit for you. Feel free to DM me or fill out the inquiry form on my website to reach out—I’d love to connect!
