Q What do you do?

From building a strategy to expanding your visibility, as a social media strategist, I create purposeful content that helps your brand get seen by the right people. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to scale, I make sure your voice connects with your audience.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

What began as a personal travel blog to document my time abroad quickly evolved into a deeper passion for storytelling and digital connection. From the start, I’ve been intentional about seeking mentorship and learning from people already doing the work at a high level. That led me to train under an experienced social media strategist working with high-ticket clients, where I developed a strong foundation in content strategy, audience growth, and brand positioning.

I then applied those skills to build my own client base, working with a boutique design group, a locally owned equipment rental company, a contemporary museum, and an artisan butter company. Through targeted Instagram strategies, I helped one client grow their following by 19% in 90 days and expand their reach from 19 to over 41,652, increasing both visibility and engagement.

Q How do you stand out in your field?

What sets me apart in the social media management field is my approach from the day we begin onboarding. As excited as we are to dive into creating, I believe there’s so much value to investing time towards understanding their audience demographics including their age range, professions, interests, and motivations. With so many creators and businesses out there, users today especially crave authenticity and connection. Focusing on building on this rapport is vital to growing a loyal audience as opposed to seeking virality and rapid follower growth.

Q What are you working on right now?

Right now I’m working with a range of clients, including an online holistic health coach, a high-ticket sales mentor, and a retreat hub, while continuing to grow my client base. I’m especially focused on working with brands that want to build genuine connection with their audience and strengthen their online presence.

Q What’s your style?

My creative style blends simplicity with intention and voice. I style content that’s visually clean, cohesive, and easy to read; not overproduced or overstimulating.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

I’d love to spend more time focusing on marketing and client outreach. While I have strong experience in content and strategy, connecting with new leads and turning interest into long-term clients is the area I’m most focused on growing right now.

Q What is frustrating you right now?

Marketing myself to high-ticket and retainer clients has been the most challenging part of my journey so far. Most of my work has come through word-of-mouth referrals, which has led to great client relationships, but many of those businesses are in markets that don’t always recognize the full value of social media strategy. As a result, I’m focused on reaching brands that better understand what a strong online presence can do for their growth.

Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?

I’d love to hire someone to support me with outreach to high-ticket and retainer clients including researching aligned brands, managing follow-ups, and helping convert warm leads so I can spend more time delivering quality work for my existing clients.

Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?

I wish I could’ve told my younger self to be more confident when working with clients. Early on, I often accepted assets that didn’t meet my standards because I was hesitant to ask for revisions or reshoots, even when I knew it would impact the final result. There were times when people didn’t want to spend much time filming, and instead of clearly explaining why it mattered, I stayed quiet. Speaking up earlier would have strengthened both the quality of my work and my credibility as a strategist who understands the value of well-produced content.

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

I’d love to gain more insight on how to market myself in a rapidly growing industry. Instead of relying primarily on word-of-mouth referrals, I want to better understand how to reach new markets that recognize and invest in the value of social media marketing.

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I’m looking for long-term opportunities, ideally in the health and wellness space or with brands that value building a loyal, engaged community. I’m especially drawn to projects where I can help shape a brand’s voice in a way that feels authentic, visually strong, and approachable, with room for personality and humor. While strategy and analytics matter, I’m most excited about work that prioritizes connection and creativity over chasing trends.

Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.

My ideal client would be Annees Ca Phe Sua Da in Cairns, Australia. They already have a strong online presence that reflects everything I look for in a dream collaboration: strong branding and aesthetics, humor, and an engaged, loyal following. Their content balances strategy with a clear understanding of what their audience actually enjoys, which makes their brand feel both intentional and fun. That mix of creativity and connection is exactly the kind of work I’d love to be part of.

Q: What is your rate?

My packages are based on a 90-day retainer to ensure we’re building a social media presence that lasts. It’s important to understand that success doesn’t happen overnight, and the process takes time, strategy, and consistent effort. By committing to this timeline, we allow space to truly develop a strategy that works for you and your unique goals. This gives us the flexibility to adjust, optimize, and measure results along the way, so we’re always moving in the right direction!

My Instagram management packages typically start around $4,500 per month, depending on how much content and support is needed.

I’m best suited to work with founders and teams who see social media as an important part of their brand and are looking for a long-term creative partner.

Q How should someone approach you about working together?

Email is the best way to reach me with a little blurb sharing your brand, what you’re looking for, and a rough idea of your budget so we can see if we’re a good fit for each other. Links to your website or social channels are always appreciated! I love getting a feel for your vibe!

Q Who is a creative you admire?

A creative I highly recommend is Cora Annadale @cora_annadale. Cora has a deep understanding of social media strategy and knows how to translate that into real results for her clients. Her work has helped generate over $1 million in client revenue, and it’s clear she’s a social media wizard who has truly mastered her craft!

Q Oh! and… how do you stay creative?

Never stop daydreaming! <3
