Q What do you do?
“I don’t just produce content, I tell stories.”
I'm a photographer, videographer, content producer living between NYC, LA, and partnering on projects globally. I specialize in cinematic, story-driven content within entertainment from BTS to interviews, social first to campaigns.
I've worked cross-functionally both internally and client facing, with talent and their teams, including celebrities, influencers, founders, and models from boots on the ground at events, red carpet coverage, to being on set. I believe my ability to bridge worlds is what makes me an asset to any team. I'm both shooter and producer, storyteller and strategist, equally inspired by capturing organic moments and the operations behind bringing those stories to life.
Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?
I was lucky to have a friend who needed help shooting her YouTube videos as well as BTS which is how I fell in love with content creation. Back in 2018 when I started, content creator /producer wasn't really a job like it is today. If you were working in content you were either an influencer, a photographer, or your main job was actually social media manager who produced content but it wasn't really separate back then.
My friend suggested I get into social media management so with the experience I had working with her I was able to land my first social media job at an agency. Fast forward to today, all of that experience was still very relevant as I started to lean more seriously into photography and videography.
Q How do you stand out in your field?
My aesthetic which always came very naturally to me, also spending years defining my POV, but really I'm just myself.
Q What are you working on right now?
I shot my first presentation at NYFW earlier this year and have hours of footage from spending time with the designer. They have recently agreed to do an interview with me so I can go beyond the sizzles I originally created. I will be making a short narrative with the additional interview footage which is the direction I've been wanting to go in with my portfolio lately.
Q What’s your style?
My style leans cinematic, documentary, and editorial, with an emphasis on authenticity over perfection. I'm fascinated by the creative process, so I'm often looking for the moments in between, the details that tell a bigger story.
Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?
I am so grateful for all of the iPhone first work I book, but I really love shooting with my camera and that's what I'm leaning into these days.
Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?
I would hire someone to help me expand, find more clients!
Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?
Pay attention to what lights you up instead of doing what you think society or others want you to do. If I had followed my heart back in 2018 when I started working in entertainment, I would probably be in different rooms today. Many detours later, I'm back, and it has truly felt like coming home to myself.
Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?
I would love to speak to a fine art photographer and learn about how that process works.
Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?
Put me on set, bring me on the road, I want to help you tell your story.
Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.
Artists of all mediums within entertainment; especially fashion, film, and music collaborations.
Q: What is your rate?
My rates vary depending on the scope of work, timeline and usage. I work within my clients budgets and customize packages that are sustainable for both of us. I prefer to build long term relationships and work on retainer after a successful paid test. I do understand that doesn't always make sense in which case I'm happy to discuss day rates.
Q How should someone approach you about working together?
Email me hello@seeyounextsunday.com :)
Q Who is a creative you admire?
I'm very proud of the relationships I've built over the years, if you ever need a rec especially in LA or NYC, please don't hesitate to connect!
Q Oh! and… how do you stay creative?
I'm constantly inspired by content!
