About the role:

I’m a creative director and founder working across design, AI, film, and culture. I’m looking for a sharp, highly organized personal assistant to support my life and work using a well-structured Notion system.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious, culturally fluent, visually minded, and excited to learn how a creative leader actually operates day to day. The role is async-first, calm, and intentional — not chaotic or reactive.

There is room for this role to grow in hours and responsibility over time if it’s a strong mutual fit.

How we work:

  • Async-first

  • Everything managed via Notion

  • Communication via Slack

  • One weekly 20–30 min Google Meet check-in

  • Clear tasks, minimal meetings

Core responsibilities:

1. Task & life admin

  • Work from tasks assigned in my Notion life planner

  • Execute clearly defined tasks

  • Flag blockers or missing info

  • Keep task status clean and up to date

2. Research & preparation

  • Cultural, creative, and AI-related research

  • Shortlists of people, tools, studios, events, or services

  • AI-assisted research with clear summaries

  • Prep information so decisions can be made quickly

3. Logistics & organisation

  • Booking appointments

  • Calendar coordination

  • Light follow-ups

4. Social media support

  • Draft and schedule social posts (primarily LinkedIn + Instagram)

  • Bring light strategic thinking to cadence and timing

  • Turn existing work, wins, or thoughts into posts

5. Proactive support

  • Birthdays, anniversaries, reminders

  • Gift or card coordination

  • Spot patterns or gaps and suggest improvements

6. Optional (if skilled)

  • AI workflows or light automation support (Notion, GPT, Zapier, etc.)

  • Improving systems or templates over time

You are:

  • Highly organised and reliable

  • Calm, confident communicator

  • Culturally curious with strong visual taste

  • Comfortable with Notion, Google, Slack and modern AI tools

  • Proactive, positive and thoughtful

  • Happy working async with clear written instructions

Mentorship & growth:

While this is primarily a support role, I’m open to offering:

  • Career coaching and advice

  • Exposure to creative leadership, AI, and cultural work

  • Learning through proximity and collaboration

This role can expand in scope and hours if it’s working well for both of us.

2-Week Paid Trial:

All shortlisted candidates will complete a 2-week paid trial before a longer commitment.

Trial structure:

  • 3–5 hours per week

  • Fully paid

  • Async with one short check-in

Trial tasks include:

1. Executing a small set of real tasks from my Notion list

2. Completing one research task with clear summaries and recommendations

3. Reviewing my planner and suggesting 2–3 ways you could support me better

The goal is to assess communication, judgement, taste, and working rhythm.
