Bower Studios is a 10 year old high end furniture design studio launching a new brand (Ready To Hang). RTH has a different audience, market, voice, structure, and strategy.

We're looking for a NY-based Brand Director to create and execute a multi-year and multi-tier domestic and international strategy to build the brand and drive sales.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years experience with product-centric DTC brands with a focus on social-based communications for a 20-40 year old, style-conscious audience.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning

  • Developing and implementing strategy, pushing creativity in all aspects

  • Protect brand image, project brand values, define the tone

  • Project management

  • Managing budgets

  • Team oversight / cross-functional liason

  • Directing Social Media Manager

  • Creative development

  • Content production and management, balancing internal, UGC, influencer, etc.

  • Monthly launches

  • Merchandising

  • Managing paid media, performance analysis and reporting

  • CRM program

  • Potential affiliate program

  • Events, pop-ups and retail


Commitment:
Part-time 25 hours per week (remote / in-office flexibility)


Salary:
78k-98k
