CASE is looking for a hyper-organized, tech-savvy problem-solver to manage projects, resourcing and workflow processes for a large, high-profile beauty account, integrating seamlessly with studio-wide creative operations.


As a Creative Operations Manager, you will:

  • Partner with Account Lead to manage a portfolio of workstreams, projects and ad- hoc requests across multiple brands and channels for our largest Client account

  • Gain a deep understanding of our Client’s brands, business objectives, and key initiatives to help our team create strategic, elevated and effective design solutions

  • Partner with Account Lead to forecast annual / quarterly / monthly Client needs, organizing and estimating by project, and planning high-level resourcing

  • Establish consistent, efficient intake process for new workstreams, projects and tasks and align on accurate, achievable timelines and resource estimates

  • Guide projects successfully from intake to hand-off, serving alongside the Account lead as liaison between the Client and the CASE creative team, with thorough project briefings, adaptive work planning, and weekly project updates to internal teams and Client stakeholders

  • Manage account health, including timelines, budgets, expenses, burnrate and utilization, invoicing and expense reconciliation

  • Partner with Business Development Manager on the creation of new SOWs, budgets and schedules for key account

  • Source and manage freelance and independent contractors as needed, issuing contracts and work orders, and following up on invoices

  • Work with Creative Operations Director to proactively manage studio- wide resourcing and ensure all engagements are staffed with the right talent at the right time, balancing client, team and agency needs

  • Serve as internal expert on project management tech stack, including our Functionpoint agency management system, Liquid vendor hub, and more

  • Support studio-wide creative operations as needed

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of agency creative operations and/or project management experience

  • Dynamic, positive and proactive with a talent for building relationships with internal team members and contractors

  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for problem-solving

  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Tech savvy, with a strong understanding of resourcing and project management best-practices and common platforms (Functionpoint, Asana, Smartsheets, Clickup or similar) and fluent in spreadsheets

  • Experience creating accurate estimates, building schedules and managing budgets

  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work hard and have fun

  • U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S.

DETAILS

  • Location: NYC (hybrid, at minimum 3 days in office per week)

  • Hours: Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)

New York Pay Range

$60,000—$75,000 USD
