Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days of purchase, unless we have a problem with your order or need additional verification. You will automatically receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Once items in an order have been Scanned and Delivered by the courier or mail carrier, we will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer at that time.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

ilovecreatives is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses, and does not take any responsibility for packages that might be misdirected, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by us to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Although it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy every aspect of your experience with ilovecreatives. If you have any issues with your order, please send an email to us at hello@ilovecreatives.com within 14 days of delivery so that we may address your concerns. 

Please note that returns must be in the original packaging, and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your shipping address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping a return item valued over $75, you should consider purchasing shipment tracking and shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is shipped correctly.
