Job Summary

We are looking to add an experienced Digital and Print Graphic Designer that will provide design, communication, editorial, photographic, and video content, as well as stewardship of the visual identity of the Cerca brand. The Digital/Print Designer is an integral part of the Creative Team in supporting Retail, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Marketing goals. This designer thinks conceptually and designs thoughtfully. They are a strong communicator, an eager collaborator, and a natural problem-solver. They can balance channel feedback with their own expertise to create work that meets marketing goals while maintaining the brand aesthetic. They stay ahead of deadlines and up-to-date on trends.

What We Are Looking For:

Our Company is scaling quickly and we are seeking an Experienced Digital and Print Graphic Designer to overhaul our creative and fuel our growing companies.

As a Digital and Print Graphic Designer, you have a passion for helping organizations connect with their audience and finding creative ways to tell brand stories.

You are a sensational designer who creates moving graphics across client websites, collateral material, social media platforms and more. An out-of-the-box thinker, you’re not afraid to try new tactics to provide effective solutions for improving brand perception and engagement. You are an indispensable asset to our crew and our client's brand.

What The Role Includes:

  • Work closely with Marketing and Website Development teams to translate our client’s brands online and offline through meaningful creative.

  • Undertake daily administrative and project-related tasks to ensure the creative performance and coordination of the department’s activities.

  • Curate content including images, stories, articles, videos on social media as well as print.

  • Create, write, proofread, and edit compelling content for social media posts, emails, landing page copy, and other marketing materials. Analyze content performance and update content strategy accordingly.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and applications.


What It Takes:

  • At least 2 years of Graphic Design experience (agency experience preferred but not required)

  • A killer graphic design portfolio.

  • The ability to articulate your design decisions directly to the client.

  • Effective time and project management skills.

  • Proficient Adobe Skills.

  • Successful track record in managing and delivering effective creative assets.

  • Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

  • Works well independently or as a team player, is self-accountable, and maintains due dates among simultaneous projects.

  • Well-organized, strong attention to detail, and impeccable time management skills.
