ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to help execute designs and contribute to overarching creative needs across brand identity and advertising needs for our clients. A refined design eye and deep understanding of visual identity systems, as well as a willingness to problem-solve creatively are essential to this role. The right partner will be organized, self-motivated, and able to think conceptually and execute meticulously. Our ideal candidate will work closely with our Creative Director to create bespoke identity systems and ensure visual cohesion across campaigns and project deliverables.

Art and culture play a major role in every project we execute. We’re looking for a team member that enjoys staying informed in emerging arts, culture and design and is eager to infuse inspiration from the world around them into their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute beautiful, editorial-quality advertising materials (OOH, wild postings, ads) across both digital and print channels

  • Strong conceptual skills pertaining to creative and design problem solving

  • Attention to detail and meticulous understanding of design principles

  • Create and apply brand standards smartly and consistently

  • Demonstrate organization, flexibility, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively in a post-COVID work environment


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 -6 years (or more) of professional design experience

  • BFA in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or equivalent design experience

  • An exceptional, well-rounded portfolio showcasing your ability to work across a range of mediums; strong knowledge of typography and grid systems; outstanding visual style with a keen attention to detail; strong layout skills for both digital and print

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro or 3D Skills - a plus)

  • Ability to work quickly, independently and as part of a growing team

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

  • Prior experience in the advertising industry

  • A positive outlook and collaborative nature!
