Here Studio is a branding and design studio in Los Angeles, California. We’re currently looking for a full-time Mid-Senior Level designer to join our in-house team. Must live in Los Angeles. Work is reviewed under the guidance of the Creative Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to be flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Effective at managing client relationships and projects

  • Skilled at multi-tasking across multiple projects

  • Experienced with packaging dielines and print file preparation

  • Follow best practices for file and asset management in a shared server environment

  • Ability to deliver work that is consistent and on time

  • Understanding of digital trends and best practices

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

  • Adept at problem-solving, analytical and conceptual thinking


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients and vendors

  • Creative conception to design

  • Proofreading and managing dielines and print files

  • Lead project meetings if needed

  • Be on time to work and follow company policies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator

  • Helpful to have working knowledge of Figma, Mailchimp, Squarespace

  • Demonstrates solid understanding of typography, color theory and grid systems

  • Photo editing skills, color correcting, document formatting and proper file saving
