ERL seeks a Luxury Client Advisor to join our team. This is a fully on-site position based in our physical retail space in Venice Beach, where you will actively work the store floor and engage directly with clients.

As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our retail expansion by driving sales, cultivating long-term client relationships, and delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences. Knowledge of ERL, deep understanding of luxury retail, and ability to bring and build a strong client network will be essential to this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work on-site in the ERL studio store, actively attending to clients and managing the retail floor

  • Drive retail sales while consistently achieving individual sales targets

  • Manage and maintain the existing ERL customer database and VIP clients

  • Strengthen long-term VIP relationships through tailored outreach highlighting new releases

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of new VIP clients

  • Deliver personalized shopping and styling experiences tailored to each client

  • Provide expert knowledge of products, trends, and services to clients

  • Bring a strong styling and merchandising eye to mannequins and in-store visual presentation

  • Oversee and manage the appointment calendar via the WaitWhile platform

  • Support the team in developing client acquisition strategies

  • Host and participate in client engagement activities and VIP events

  • Foster and support a client-centric mindset within the store

  • Oversee studio store communications (phone and email)

  • Manage inventory control, stock levels, and store supplies to deliver an optimal client experience

  • Maintain POS systems, cash logs, and operational processes


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in luxury retail with a strong VIP clientele focus

  • Proven experience working in a client-based, in-store retail environment

  • Existing client book with potential new business for ERL, as well as established clientele

  • Strong portfolio of VIP clients

  • Commercially driven with a strong sales mindset

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication

  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Shopify

  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations
