Graffeo is San Francisco’s oldest independent coffee roastery, now in the middle of a creative renaissance. You may have seen our Ferrari Café. Our co-owner, Luciano, is 81. He speaks and swears in four languages. He also makes "Simply the world’s finest coffee." Our legendary roast is smooth, never burnt or bitter, crafted with a proprietary fluid-bed technique Luciano perfected over decades. We sell only three coffees: Dark, Light, and Decaf. That's it. We're a tiny company blessed with friends in the highest places: Michelin-starred restaurants, the Yellowstone Club, Milk Bar popups, Nvidia, Airbnb offices. We're building an ultra-premium American heritage brand.
