Warby Parker is looking for a Project Manager to join our Brand Design team on a freelance basis. You'll be the connective tissue across complex, integrated projects—owning timelines, defining scope with cross-functional partners, and keeping every deliverable on track and on time, from kickoff through final approval.


The right person for this role is:

  • Backed by 2+ years of project management experience (e-commerce or startup a plus)

  • Experienced with project management software (Asana preferred)

  • A strong communicator who builds collaborative cross-functional relationships

  • A solution-oriented problem-solver who spots workflow gaps and adapts to shifting needs

  • Able to work at our Hudson Square HQ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays
