As the Community Marketing Coordinator, you'll be driving community engagement and brand awareness through marketing outreach programs on social and within our community. This role requires a digitally resourceful individual who can seamlessly balance customer support, sales, student success, and community.

  • Type: Part-Time

  • Direct Report: Marketing Growth Lead

What You'll Do:

📲 Community Engagement:

  • Help us find and activate people and communities.

  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, support, and inquiries across all social channels.

  • Participate in our Discord and social accounts.

💻 Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams.

  • Curate user-generated content to showcase community.

  • Help us find and share student stories.

📈 Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to community engagement and marketing efforts.

  • Prepare regular reports to assess strategy effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations.

  • Communicate community insights for product and marketing strategy alignment.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic social individual with a passion for building connections with new people!

  • Deep understanding and familiarity with social media platforms and online community dynamics. 

  • Incredibly resourceful and hungry to find individuals and communities that should know about ilovecreatives.

  • Double-checks everything! Their grammar, spelling, what they’re saying makes sense!

  • Has their own tone of voice, but also understands ilovecreatives.

  • Confidence in presenting, implementing, and reporting on impactful marketing concepts that resonate strongly with our community.

  • Ability to take direction and explore independently 🧠 We’re looking for someone that’s self-motivated and can meet deadlines 📅 without being checked in on. 

  • You tend to be 4 or 5 on the Helpfulness Pyramid.

  • Must have strong internet and computer 📶 We are a fully remote team!

  • Good communication, time management, and collaboration skills 💬

  • Understanding of ilovecreatives mission and community. You love spreading the wealth of knowledge, no gatekeeping or exclusivity here.
