Kind Chaos is a U.S. direct-to-consumer women’s wellness brand launching in late September 2026. We make a 7-Day PMS Relief Kit—sour dragonfruit gummies with fast-acting, clinically studied ingredients for mood, cramps, bloating, and fatigue. We’re founder-led, human, and building a content presence that feels real—energetic and emotionally honest, never over-produced or clinical.

Our team is currently based in Europe (CET). CET or CET-adjacent timezones are preferred for smoother communication—though the right portfolio matters more than the timezone.

Our content idea: chaos that resolves into kindness. Bold, fast energy that lands somewhere warm.

What you’ll edit (ongoing, starting July 2026):

Pre-launch and launch: ~12–15 short-form videos (final count TBD with Social Media Director) across Instagram Reels and TikTok— founder videos (raw footage our founder shoots; you shape it) and brand-affirming edits (e.g., “Kind vs. Chaos” concept cuts mixing UGC, BTS, and product footage). Post-launch: ongoing video production through Q4 2026 and into 2027 as content volume scales.

Estimated commitment: 10–15 hours/week during pre-launch production (July–September); ongoing post-launch.

You’re a fit if:

  • 3+ years editing short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok specifically

  • Portfolio that shows brand-aware editing—you understand pacing, emotional arc, and storytelling in 15–60 seconds

  • Sound design matters a lot to us—you can select music that matches the visual tone and emotional mood of a video

  • Strong instinct for trending audio: when to use it, how to make it feel intentional

  • Experience cutting raw, unpolished founder/iPhone footage into something that converts

  • Responsive within 24 hours; can turn revision rounds in 48 hours; hits deadlines or flags early

  • Bonus: experience with founder-led or early-stage brands; motion graphics or animation skills a plus
