Vertical Brands is an agency hiring content creators across New York for an ongoing, paid project with serious backing behind it. If you love being behind (and in front of) the camera, this is a chance to do work that matters, get paid properly for it, and build a long-term relationship with a team that'll keep bringing you projects.

Here's the part that catches people off guard: you don't need a following. We're not asking you to post anything on your own channels, and we don't care how many followers you have. This isn't influencer work. We just need people who are genuinely great at making content and know how to connect with a Gen Z audience.


What you'll be working on

Our focus is fresh, authentic, real-world content shot around New York. Day to day, that looks like:

  • Street interviews — stopping people around the city, asking the right questions, capturing real reactions and great moments

  • College campus content — getting out onto campuses across NY, talking to students, filming in and around campus life

  • Direct-to-camera pieces — presenting, talking to the lens, delivering a message in a way that feels natural and holds attention

Every project is about making content that feels real, not overproduced. If you can take an idea and turn it into something people actually stop and watch, you're exactly who we want.


What we're looking for

  • Based in or around New York and able to get to shoots across the city and nearby campuses

  • Confident and natural on camera, whether that's interviewing strangers or presenting straight to the lens

  • Genuinely good at content, with a feel for what works with a Gen Z audience

  • Fast and reliable, able to turn an idea into finished content without a lot of hand-holding

  • Someone who owns their work, hits deadlines and communicates well

  • Available for ongoing, retained work rather than just a one-off

A bonus (but not essential) if you can also handle your own filming and basic editing, though we're open to creators who are purely great on camera too.
