Seeks a Graphic Designer
New York, NY / Remote
Hi! We are Miki, a digital marketing agency specializing in email/SMS marketing and web for direct-to-consumer brands.
About the position
Join a small team and get hands-on experience working with various leading startup brands. We have team members in both NYC and CA — and actively collaborate during core overlapping hours.
While we specialize in email and SMS, this position has the opportunity to grow in whatever direction you like, including paid ads, UI design, marketing collateral, and more.
Why Email + SMS?
It’s fun :) You will get to get creative managing one of the most lucrative channels for a multitude of brands. This is often the first and last touchpoint for customers — and you’ll be in control of it.
Who We Work With
Established and up-and-coming DTC & media brands that share our core values like — Alex Crane, Tulip Shades, Forgrave Tea, UnHide. We’re growing as an agency, so expect this list to expand.
Who you are
You're the type of person who sees a gap and fills it before anyone asks. You have strong opinions about what makes a great brand comms, and you're not shy about sharing them. You're organized by nature, comfortable owning your workflow, and energized (not overwhelmed) by juggling multiple brands and projects at once. You communicate early and often, especially when something's stuck. Most of the work is async, but you show up to check-ins ready to collaborate.
Ideally, you’ve worked in an agency environment and understand the rhythm of managing multiple clients, deadlines, and stakeholders at once. Our current team has all worked agency or brand-side — and have taken lessons from what works (and what doesn't) to shape how we run things here.
