We’re scaling fast: we just launched in all Erewhon stores, adding new retailers every month, shipping Natty nationwide, hosting community events, and much more. Why This Role Matters

Social media isn’t just marketing for us — it’s our growth engine. We need someone smart, hands‑on, and hungry to own our social channels and build influencer partnerships that turn local buzz into national hype. You’ll be the person capturing behind‑the‑scenes content in-store and at events, editing thumb-stopping TikToks, DM’ing creators, and helping build a thriving community.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Ownership

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, and emerging platforms.

  • Film, edit, and post short‑form video that feels real and performs.

  • Engage daily: comments, DMs, reposting UGC, keeping the vibe alive.

  • Report on growth metrics and content performance.

Influencer Partnerships

  • Identify and build relationships with creators, ambassadors, and micro‑influencers.

  • Manage product seeding, gifting, and tracking deliverables.

  • Negotiate small paid partnerships and measure ROI.

  • Build an early influencer program that scales with us.

On‑the‑Ground Activation

  • Attend events, tastings, and shoots in LA to capture content in the moment.

  • Turn every sampling, popup, or launch into a content moment.

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years experience in social media, content creation, or influencer marketing (CPG or food & beverage is a big plus).

  • Filming, editing and posting on TikTok/Instagram comes naturally to you.

  • You’re scrappy and proactive — you’d rather try something than wait for instructions.

  • You thrive in fast‑moving, startup environments.

  • Understanding of various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and best practices.

  • Ability to own our brand voice and bring it to life in every comment and customer interaction.

  • You love talking to people — creators, customers, community members.
