Are you a graphic designer that gets excited about editing video? Or a video artist with a graphic design background?

The right candidate is a multidisciplinary design professional with a highly creative approach, proven artistic talent, and a problem-solving attitude. The perfect candidate also is a proficient video editor.

This position is geared toward junior-level candidates who want to quickly level up their skills and gain experience working with high-end clients, while working with a highly motivated, interdisciplinary creative team.

This position must be able to:

IDEATE:

  • Collaborate with our creative team to dream up engaging visual concepts for a wide variety of projects.

  • Understand features and capabilities of OM’s proprietary technology stack in order to recommend creative solutions.

  • Create mood boards and mockups to communicate creative ideas.

  • Design polished slide decks that effectively present concepts.

CREATE:

  • Design and/or source static graphics for print and digital applications.

  • Create compelling short-form video content by employing creative video editing and motion graphics techniques.

  • Create animated graphics for user interfaces, large-scale projections, and social media video.

  • Design basic screen graphics for user interfaces

  • Design internal marketing material such as slide decks, email newsletters, and web graphics.

  • Work within client brand guidelines and existing campaign materials.

EXECUTE:

  • Generate all digital and print assets required for a project.

  • Deploy projects using OM’s internal software.

  • Work with the production team to run tests and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Independently test ideas to optimize creative.

INNOVATE:

  • Learn about new techniques and trends, and communicate findings to the OM Team.

  • Proactively measure and assess user engagement in order to iterate and improve your design approach.
