JOB DESCRIPTION

SIMONMILLER seeks a senior graphic deisgner who will be responsible for creating all digital graphics that align with the brand’s DNA. This is a Senior position with room to grow into Art Director based on performance. You will work closely with our Creative Director to help with conceptualizing seasonal campaigns and branding.


RESPONSIBILITES

  • Design all digital and print assets compatible with brand’s DNA. This includes, but not limited to emails, sms, lookbooks, digital ads, website and ad-hoc projects

  • Oversee social media brand presentation in terms logo, highlights and top pinned posts

  • Upkeep website design with UX/UI in mind

  • Present campaign concept through an organized presentation

  • Conceptualize and present marketing content to the team in marketing meetings

  • Collaborate with other creative partners/members to develop concepts, and strategic ideas that can be effectively executed across all channels

  • Maintain and manage up-to-date organized set of files for current and archived projects

  • Work with re-touchers on photo editing

  • Lead direction and cast models for the seasonal campaigns and keep an organized archive of castings

  • Adhere to the demands of a production and marketing schedule and be aware of release schedules and all relevant deadlines

This role reports to Ecommerce Director


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Graphic Design experience

  • Digital Marketing understanding and experience

  • Understanding of design elements; compositions and color as well as seasonal design trends

  • Strong UX experience and building landing pages and other direct response marketing collaterals

  • Strong eye for detail and precision

  • Able to take creative direction and execute accordingly

  • Confident presenting work in a meeting environment to peers and seniors

  • Creative thinker who can provide a solid portfolio of ideas

  • Understanding of marketing campaign development and the various mediums to execute a fully integrated campaign

  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe

  • Proficiency in various platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Detail oriented, deadline driven and can manage multiple projects

  • Works collaboratively with other team members

  • Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed per/week to meet business needs (during crunch times, including weekends and holiday, etc.,)
