A's To Your Q's

  • What type of direction will I receive? You will have the level of support you need when you need it - and it's a bit different for everyone. Our Creative Director and Design Director will show you the ropes, brief you on projects and assist you from a strategic and design perspective - they are great teachers, phenomenal teammates and a total pleasure to work with.

  • What design platforms will I use? Illustrator for logos, Photoshop for mockups, and Figma for presentations and of course website design. If you don’t have Figma experience but you have worked with Adobe XD or Sketch, you’ll transition smoothly, we can provide training that fills in the gaps.

  • How do I communicate with team members? We have 2 weekly team calls to go over scheduling and general design reviews. On a daily basis we’re on slack or having calls to review work together. We manage all tasks in Asana which makes managing your workload easy. Before any project kicks off we always do one or more planning sessions as a team so we can all get comfortable with the client goals, strategy, etc.

  • Who do I work with on a daily basis? You will be working closely with our Creative Director and Design Director. You will also maintain project communications with clients over email and scheduled calls.

  • Where do I work from? Remotely (we provide a coworking stipend).

  • When do I work? You must be able to work during normal business hours Monday - Friday. We are very organized and take work/life balance seriously. We are major fans of breathing room and understand that it leads to happier, more creative designers.

  • What does this j-o-b pay? Salary is competitive and commensurates with creative capabilities and experience. We’re open to taking a leap of faith on talent with high potential and also open to hiring a more seasoned applicant.
