The right candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated to telling stories that stop people in their scroll. You’ll take pride in your work, show initiative, and go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are serviced in the best way possible. Senior Art Director
This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York.
Responsibilities
Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges
Flex and showcase a variety of creative skills
Provide a unique perspective, inspiring concepts, and visual support for projects
Contribute to creative strategy sessions, providing ideas and insights to build from
Collaborate effectively with team members across the agency
Deliver client-ready assets for social, out of home, brand marketing, advertising, web, pitches/presentations, events, and print design.
Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One
Requirements
5+ years of experience in design
Multi-disciplinary design portfolio
Experience designing across platforms from digital to print to experiential
Experience multitasking and prioritizing workload with quick turnarounds
Experience taking projects from concept through design
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience presenting concepts to and working closely with clients, applying creative solutions to business challenges
Experience iterating on and evolving concepts with constructive feedback
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides and PowerPoint
Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic
