About us: The Moon Studio is a resource center for creative intuitives. We provide courses, digital downloads, publications, guides, and ethically-sourced and made products.
Moon Studio’s head, Sarah, is seeking a Studio Manager/Asst for all things Moon Studio. The Studio Manager is responsible for project management, customer service, shipping orders, and all things admin.
This is a perfect fit for someone who wants to learn all the ins and outs of a creative, spiritual, small business, in a supportive, calm, efficient and fast-paced environment.
You will be the make it happen, keep it all organized expert.
Who you are:
You are organized and are great at looking ahead and forecasting the needs of projects.
You think out of the box, and are always thinking about how to refine and streamline systems.
You are creative and love language, self-development, psychology, and spirituality.
You are a clear communicator with excellent correspondence and writing skills. In a pinch, you can copyedit.
You are intuitive and discreet. You take feedback well. You can also give feedback around processes, vendors, and workflows.
You are someone with impeccable follow-through and professionalism. You have excellent time management skills. You do what you say you are going to do, and favor clear, direct communication.
You are proactive and have great problem-solving skills. You ask questions, and are good at fast learning and figuring things out.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience working for a small business.
At least 1 year experience working with Notion and Shopify.
At least 1 year experience working in a digital, customer service role.
At least 1 year experience managing complex projects with on-going parts.
