Skin Gym and PaintLab are fast-growing beauty brands carried at major retailers including ULTA , Target, Walmart, CVS and Nordstrom. We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance / PT basis.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for beauty, branding, and storytelling, who can balance creative vision with commercial execution. We're seeking a designer who understands how to create compelling visual assets that drive engagement, support retail launches, and bring products to life across digital and physical touch-points.

You will work across both brands, helping shape creative campaigns, product launches, retail marketing materials, packaging, and digital content.


What You'll Do

  • Design and develop creative assets for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.

  • Create graphics for paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and website content.

  • Design homepage assets, landing pages, and email templates.

  • Support retail marketing initiatives including displays, shelf signage, sell sheets, and retailer presentations.

  • Design packaging, inserts, print collateral, and promotional materials.

  • Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines across Skin Gym and PaintLab.

  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, e-commerce, and product development teams.


What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across branding, digital marketing, packaging, and print.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

  • Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer products preferred.

  • Experience with retail brands and packaging design is a major plus.


Bonus Skills

  • Motion graphics and video editing.

  • Shopify or e-commerce design experience.

  • Experience creating retail displays and merchandising materials.

  • Knowledge of beauty and consumer product trends.
