Wonder Valley seeks a marketing manager to be the team’s traffic control center. This is a vital role that bridges departments and keeps balls in the air. We are looking for someone who has a natural capability to multi-task balanced by a sense of priorities. They are proactive in wanting things to be better and not wait for the assignment to suggest improvements.
The right candidate has a genuine appreciation for Wonder Valley’s aesthetic—wants to keep this brand tight and amplify our marketing efforts. The marketing manager acts as the operational and creative-coordination engine of the marketing & creative team. This person keeps the calendar, briefs, and execution moving across email/SMS, retention, paid creative, social, and community—the connective tissue between the Head of Growth, founders, our graphic designer, and our copywriter. They are a trusted and trained teammate.
This is a great opportunity as it will expose you to the vast decision-making processes of a growing, 12+ year old founder-led business. You will be exposed and play a supportive role with all departments: marketing, creative, ops, product development and work closely with all of network of supportive agencies. There will be room for growth for the right person.
