Joining the community and creating a portfolio piece I'm proud of has opened so many doors. I've made friends and new clients. As a self-initiated course, the experience is what you make of it! Submit things even if you know it could be better, let someone know you like their work, hit the co-working chat. I was able to get an interview at Adobe with the help of a community member and landed a full time job. Lots of a good things have happened since taking the course and I owe it to all the supportive creatives I've met here.
