I took the Graphic Design Course to strengthen the skills I felt were missing after college, especially in branding and refining my design process. I wanted clearer structure, better use of tools like Illustrator and Figma, and a more confident, professional workflow.

I learned that my branding process doesn't need to be perfect from the start. I just need to slow down, stop overthinking, and let ideas develop. Through the branding projects, I realized that when I give myself space and a clear path, the work actually flows much better.

My favourite thing about this course was the way the course mixed clear explanations with fun elements like animations, memes, and references. It made everything easier to follow and kept me engaged instead of feeling dry or overwhelming. It really helped me stay motivated and actually enjoy the process.

My advice to someone thinking about taking the course is to give yourself real time and be patient with the process. Try blocking out hours you can protect, so you can actually sit down and do the assignments. Don't rush and don't stress if it feels slow. Consistency matters more than speed. If you stay organized and just keep showing up, you get so much more out of it.

One big thing that came out of this course for me is a clear branding process I can trust. I stop freezing at the start, I know the steps, and I feel calmer and more professional doing the work.
